Troy P. Hendrick
Troy P. Hendrick

Troy Hendrick is an experienced and creative trial lawyer in DeKalb County, Georgia. Troy’s firm has been operating from the same office in the shadow of the DeKalb County courthouse for 10 years. He is a former prosecutor with an impressive and constantly growing resume who has handled thousands of cases from DUI, drugs, violent crimes, traffic and civil cases, and many others throughout his career.

Troy has always been connected to the country’s roadways. He spent several years before his legal career using his undergraduate journalism degree as a motorcycle travel journalist for the national magazine publication RoadRunner Motorcyle Cruising and Touring. Troy feels strongly that this career contributed to his ability to understand people of all walks in this diverse country. After all—it is people who end up in the jury box. All too often, egotistical lawyers treat jurors like an audience that is there to watch and learn from them. Troy learned that if you don’t understand people, if you don’t listen to them, if you can’t see things the way they do—they’ll never trust you. At the end of the day, it’s Troy’s sincere passion about and understanding of people that makes him a winning trial lawyer.  More reading . . .

 Joseph K. Henry
Joseph K. Henry

Joseph Henry is the managing partner of the traffic division for The Law Offices of Troy P. Hendrick, PC. He began his legal career as a prosecutor in Metro Atlanta, where he was responsible for prosecuting a wide variety of crimes including traffic tickets, DUI, drug possession, theft, and violent crimes. It was during this time that Joseph developed his expertise in Georgia’s traffic laws that he now uses to the benefit of his clients.

While prosecution was excellent experience, Joseph eventually grew tired watching people in court—especially traffic court—get chewed up and spit out by our legal system. This is in large part what inspired him to make the switch from prosecution to defense. Before accepting his current position, Joseph represented individuals faced with charges ranging from routine traffic tickets to serious felonies.  Joseph is in good standing with the Georgia Bar and is also a regular member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. Cindy Fraschilla, Traffic Defense Director

Cindy, a paralegal by trade, has been managing the traffic department of The Law Offices of Troy P. Hendrick since its inception over 10 years ago. As a result, Cindy has developed a personal relationship with many of the court personnel that have an effect on our clients’ cases. She has attended educational and informational sessions offered by the Department of Drivers’ Services to stay abreast of new developments in the “rules of the road,” and to further strengthen and understand the sometimes murky area of drivers’ licenses and the laws and regulations affecting them. She and her husband proudly raised their three children in Snellville, Georgia. All three children are now working on advanced degrees.

Margie Forrister, Administrative Manager

Margie handles all of the firm’s scheduling and file creation duties. Her assistance is the ‘glue’ which puts all the pieces together. Managing stressful and busy court schedules for the lawyers and oftentimes processing piles of paperwork, Margie always does it with a smile and keeps the office constantly in an upbeat mood. She lives in Dacula, Georgia, with her husband where they raised their daughter, who currently is in college.
