Joseph Henry and Troy Hendrick leave a Georgia Traffic Court

The philosophy behind how Hendrick & Henry Law represents clients in Georgia traffic courts.

A message for our valued clients and guests.

Traffic courts are very specific courts in Georgia. There are usually no felons in the same courtroom. Accordingly, you need an attorney that works in these courts from day to day, month to month, and year to year—as opposed to expensive criminal defense attorneys and expensive DUI specialists.

We at Hendrick & Henry Law also handle these issues, but additionally have developed a highly specialized division of our firm that deals only with traffic issues. That means that our attorneys are actually practicing in the courts where your ticket will be prosecuted—day to day, month to month, and year to year.

We know the Judges, and they know us. We have cultivated relationships with the Prosecutors and we have a mutual respect for each other. This means that we can get things done. In many cases, you may have a legal defense and we will aggressively assert that defense for you.

And in many traffic issues, it is the understanding of the particular Court and the relationship with the Court personnel which is most valuable for our clients. For over thirteen years, the traffic division attorneys at Hendrick & Henry Law have cultivated these relationships and will put them to work for you.

Our clients should expect and they should get the very best possible level of service—it doesn’t matter whether it’s a million-dollar personal injury case, or a 500-dollar traffic ticket, or anything in between. – Troy Hendrick, founding partner of Hendrick & Henry Law.

We take pride in our work and in our cases. We respect our clients. We know you are not a criminal, even if the Courts or officers treat you like one. You will always be able to contact someone at our firm. Our rule is to return calls the same day.

We are not a fly-by-night operation with one attorney on the other end of a cell phone. We have an administrative staff always present in our offices located in Decatur, Georgia. They are there for you and your questions even when your attorney is in Court. We are here to help you save your license, your money, your driving record, and to help you fix this problem.”
